Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of cybernaut.app and the games and services offered by Cybernaut Apps ("Cybernaut," "we," "us") — including Cosmos, Jupiter, Linds.io, Apollo, Orbit, and Pluto (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

2. Your account

Accounts are provided through Orbit, our identity layer, using a third-party sign-in provider such as Google or Discord. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights while using the Services.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players, or post unlawful or hateful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated abuse against our systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases

Where the Services offer paid items, purchases are sold at cost and processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your payment details directly; we don't see or store full card numbers. Prices and availability may change, and applicable taxes may apply. Refunds are handled case by case — reach out and we'll be reasonable.

5. User content

Some games let you submit content (prompts, answers, room names, and the like). You keep ownership of what you create, and you grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the Services. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, branding, and design, are owned by Cybernaut and protected by applicable law. These Terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks or materials beyond using the Services as intended.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cybernaut will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months or USD $50.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in that state will have jurisdiction over any disputes, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, give notice within the apps. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
